Ever wanted to make friends with celebrities? Of course you have. Well now you can.
Well, sort of.
Ebay is hosting a celebrity charity auction that will allow you to buy celebrity Twitter followers. The auction is called TwitChange, and the money raised from the auction will go to aHomeInHaiti.org, which is working to rebuild the Miriam Center that houses special-needs children.
There are more than 180 celebrities that are involved in the auction. The winners will get the celebrity followers for at least 90 days. They will repost one of the winner's Twitter posts and broadcast the winner's username.
The auction started last week and ends on Saturday. So far is has collected $200,000.
